Future Tense : Future Simple

3. Future Tense อนาคตกาล 

3.1 Future Simple  ( ประธาน + will / shall + กริยาช่องที่ 1 + ... )

โครงสร้าง : Subject + will / shall + V.1 + ...

หลักการใช้ Tense นี้คือ
1. ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ซึ่งมักมีคำ (adverb of time) คำแสดงอนาคตกำกับอยู่ด้วยเสมอ เช่น soon (ในไม่ช้า), shortly (ในเวลาอันสั้น), in a moment (อีกชั่วขณะ), tomorrow (พรุ่งนี้), tonight (คืนนี้), in a few minutes/days, week, months, years (ในสองสามนาที/วัน, สัปดาห์, เดือน) เช่น

• I shall go to Newzeland soon. (ฉันจะไปนิวซีแลนด์ในไม่ช้า)

• The Train will arrive at the station in a few minutes. (รถไฟจะมาถึงสถานีในสองสามนาทีนี้แล้ว)

2. เมื่อประโยคหลักใช้ Future Tense ซึ่งเชื่อมด้วยคำต่อไปนี้ ประโยคที่ตามมาใช้ Present Tense

			when
	will		unless
S. +	หรือ	+ V.1 +	until	+ S. + V.1
	shall		before
			as soon as
			provided that

• Somsri will help you if you need help. (สมศรีจะช่วยคุณถ้าคุณต้องการความช่วยเหลือ)

• She will stay here until her father arrives from his office.
(เธอจะพักอยู่ที่นี้จนกว่าคุณพ่อของเธอจะกลับมาจากที่ทำงาน)
